The North Carolina Law Enforcement Women’s Association (NCLEWA) is a dedicated organization empowering women in law enforcement through education, leadership development, and support.

Our purpose is to foster a community of collaboration and growth among women in law enforcement, providing them with the resources, training, and encouragement needed to excel in their careers and make meaningful contributions to their communities.

Educational Ties to North Carolina Criminal Justice Training and Standards:

NCLEWA aligns with the educational goals and standards set by the North Carolina Criminal Justice Training and Standards Division. Through our programs, workshops, and conferences, we strive to uphold and enhance these standards by providing training focused on leadership development, critical incident management, community engagement, and wellness.
