Free parking on the campus at the Belk Building

Light refreshments will be available. Therefore, we will require registration for the event to have a count of in-person attendees.

Reliable internet access will be available for both in-person participants.

 Signage

Directional signage will be displayed to guide attendees inside the event location with ease.
