Minimum Requirements:
Must be a certified North Carolina Law Enforcement Officer and have a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice, public administration, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution. Distinguishing Features of the Class Administration commander is responsible for planning, supervising, and reviewing the activities of all personnel assigned to a major division, which may include the administration support functions. Supervision is exercised over a staff of sworn personnel primarily through subordinate supervisors.
